An Ode To Seaweed Salad

Being a notoriously picky eater, I normally dislike anything slimy, grimy, or has a strange odor when cold.

By all conventional wisdom, I should avoid seaweed salad like the plague.

But it is so absolutely delicious.

I can't explain it.
